Kit – Annual updating declaration


Corporations and non-profit organizations must update their corporate information every year. These updates allow the to validate, notably, that the information related to their head office, commercial activities or the people directing the corporation have not changed. Failure to provide an annual update can lead to the cancellation of your business. This kit enables you to update the information of your company.


This kit includes:

  • The resolutions (shareholder and director).
  • Register’s update.
  • A validation of the documents by our lawyers at Dunton Rainville, as provided for in our mandate.

Not included in the kit:

  • The governmental annual fees.
  • Articles of incorporation’s amendment.
  • Addition/ removal of a Shareholders.
  • ANY accounting or tax advice.
  • Governmental fees penalty for late filling (if applicable).
